Instructions

1- Boil 10 cups of water for 1 cup of new sago in a large pot. Slowly add the new sago to the boiling pot and stir lightly.

2- Wait for the new sago to float on the surface of the water. Cover the pot. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes (adjust the time to soften the new sago according to your personal taste).

3- Take our new sago and let it sit in cold water for 20 seconds. Pour our new sago into a dry bowl and mix in sugar or honey.

Service tips

1- The new prepared sago is delicious cold or hot. Add in drinks like milk tea or coffee or in desserts.

2- Please add new sago within 4 hours of cooking.

3- After opening the package, please refrigerate the unused portion and use it as soon as possible.

Warning

1- Do not consume by children under 3 years old! Children and elderly people must consume under adult supervision.

2- Be careful when consuming hot drinks and avoid choking on fresh sago.

3- The surface of the white powder on the new sago is starch. A large difference in storage temperature may cause water vapor to form inside the package. Both appearances are normal and safe for consumption.
