Very long grain flavored rice variety ST24 from Vietnam:

The fragrant rice variety ST24 is cultivated in the fertile Mekong Delta, nourished by the rich waters of this river which has its origin in the Hymalaya. To the pure water of the high mountains are added alluvium torn up all along its course, the Mekong is nourishing and unique for the cultivation of this rice.
Transplanting, weeding and harvesting are done by hand using traditional methods that preserve the aroma of the rice. The flavored rice variety ST24 is pure with its natural flavor.

Cooking: 10 minutes in a large quantity of salted boiling water.
Asian cooking: Wash the rice several times in cold water, then from the flat surface of the rice add water up to the height of a phalagne, leave until boiling then reduce the heat at a minimum, continue to cook the rice for 15 - 20 minutes with the lid closed. ENJOY YOUR MEAL !
